Structure and scoring

QR mode

Separate forms always use two separate QR codes; choose “One form with two sections” to use one shared QR.

Identity and access

Who sees who answered what, how a participant gets in through the shared link, and whether evaluation emails go out.

Respondent identity

Minutes after the end

The post evaluation will open 30 minutes after the event ends (2026-10-20 16:30 · 1448-05-09).

A first reminder after opening and a last one before closing, at most two per phase.
